Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Information:

Our Standard Shipping is handled with UPS Ground or USPS.

Shipping Charges:

Flat rate shipping of $4.99 will be applied to your order if the order is being shipped to any of the 48 contiguous states. Actual shipping cost apply to other areas.

Delivery Information:

Delivery time for orders in the contiguous US is 3-7 business days.

Return Information
Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Purchases: If you purchase XBALM products from a retail store, you should refer to that store’s return policies and contact them directly for specific information. XBALM.com Purchases: Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for XBALM.com purchases.

Damaged Items

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.

Online Ordering
To make ordering from XBalm.com easier, we have installed an ecommerce shopping cart system. To order any of our items, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button for any wanted items. After you have added all the items that you want, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and complete your order.
You may always review the items in your shopping cart at ay time by clicking the shopping icon.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Those include Visa / Mastercard / Discover / American Express secure credit card payment and PayPal secure payment. Please note that we will not ship your order until payment has been received.
